Matthew Bellwood
Matthew Bellwood is a storyteller and theatre-maker based in Leeds. He works in a wide range of contexts, including intimate storytelling experiences for adult audiences, work with young people in schools, and site-specific collaborations with other artists. Over the last ten years, he has worked extensively within the city of Leeds, creating work in collaboration with a diverse group of different artists and arts organisations. LittleMighty is working with him to develop his theatre shows, including An Icy Man and (The Story is Not) Set in Stone.
Recent projects include 365 Leeds Stories, a city wide mapping project working with a diverse range of partners. Other projects include City Walk (Leeds Ludus Festival 2012), The Unquiet Dead (Brighton Fringe 2012), The Book in My Head (Light Night, Leeds Library 2011), and Be Prepared (Edinburgh Fringe and Brighton Fringe 2011)
